[redacted] and [redacted] came to the office to repair our loudly screeching dryer. They seemed very effiecient, helpful. The charge was $334.00 to replace 4 support wheels and replace the motor pulley. We even wrote to them expressing our satisfaction with their prompt, seemingly professional service. However, on 8/22/12 the screeching began again. We immediately called [redacted] (978)3047773 and he indicated he was very busy. I asked if he thought he would get here by 2:00p and he said yes. He never showed up. When I called the next day I left two messages which he never responded to. Subsequently we hired another service man. He dismantled the dryer and discovered not only a fire hazard, which [redacted] should have addressed, but did not (which is obviously a major safety issue to our employees, as well as our patients') but that the support wheels and motor pulley were NEVER replaced. The new service man was appalled that anyone in this business would leave a consumer with such a fire hazard! We had to pay to have the work completed correctly. We were given the old parts, saw inside the dryer (which was caked with lint) and had to pay an additional $ 334.00 to get the dryer up and running in a safe manner.
