I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Vendor has canceled three (3) times. Each time the vendor states a fictious reason. The 1st time he stated he was at building when I was there the entire time. He stated he called over an hour ago, when I stated my phone rang 18 minutes ago his answer was we need to reschedule. The 2nd time he stated he didnt need to show because he would order the part needed. I called 2 weeks later and he stated he ordered the part already. I called the manufacturer they stated he never ordered the part. The manufafctured called the next day and stated [redacted] (owner) just ordred the part. Received call from company on 7/1 stating they would be coming to my house on 07/02 between 9-11. Get a call at 11:20 stating they cant make it bacause of an accident. The owner does and will not return calls. He has been caught in 3 lies and now will not return call or provide the requested service through home repair. Owner will not return call from American Home Shield as well that has contracted with him. It is obvious why he has a F rating with the, however, unforntunate that he is in business.Desired Settlement: Would like requested parts and service or reimbursement from [redacted] of the 3 days I have taken off work.



At this time, I have not been contacted by A Plus Appliance regarding complaint ID [redacted].


Review: This company started working on an appliance of mine many months ago. They have come to my house 3 times to fix my appliance and they never succeeded. They then picked up my appliance to bring it back to their "shop" so they can repair it. After two months they finally said they can't repair it and they will bring it back to me and give me a refund. It then took two weeks for them to bring it back and the refund was over $130.00 short. They said that they had to charge me a service fee of $79.95. Even if that was true (which I do not agree with) they still have over $130.00 of my money. This company fell short wen it comes to their bread and butter, repairing appliances. Beyond that they do not have the decency to make things right. They made $130.00 off of me and they did nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the remaining money I spent. I should not have to pay for anything if the service I requested was not completed.

Review: I called for service on a dishwasher, after the men came they said I needed repairs. The same day I was told they would order the part and come back. I had to pay $367.61 for this part and service on Feb. 12th. in advance. Which I did pay. Since that time I have called twice to ask when they were coming and was told they would call in advance. Thus far I have not hear from them (date 3-21-14). When I called today, I was put on hold and held for 15 minutes. Called back and got a recording saying all lines were busy. I at this point do not want this service as it is poor and would like a full refund of my money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the failed services.
