I am rejecting this response because:
He told me on the phone that he refuses to fix the issue because the damage was not done at his business when clearly it was. He not once offered to go thru insurance his employee is the one that offered but he stated it had to get the approval from owner which he is the one that said he's not fixing it because problem was not his.

on his vehicle that allegedly resulted from work performed by our employees. Our business has insurance and any time there are mistakes like these, we fix them right away. We have a satisfaction guarantee and are always willing to work with the customers. Unfortunately, this particular customer was not willing to work with us. He was verbally abusive to our employees and yelled inappropriate racial slurs that resulted in his being kicked out of the store. This has been the only time we have ever had to ask someone to leave our store.
