This company is lost cost and now I see whyMy car was picked up on 7/1/Friday, from Cleveland Ohio and I did not receive it until 7/9/in Arizona and I had to pick up the car myself due the them not driving on the weekend I was never notified that the drivers do not drive on the weekend, I was told I would not receive my car before the holiday July 4th, but I was not informed that my car would be sitting in some lot for four days If I had of known that I would of just went with another company who could have my car to my in days despite the holiday
I feel as though my car was held hostage and then when someone does finally call me back it was 7/8/and they were informing I would not receive my care until 7/11/due to drivers not working the weekends That is when I was first informed of the no driving on weekends or holidays
My friend moved from Cleveland to Arizona last year and her car took two days they picked it up Friday and had it to her by Sunday, no problems I wish she was able to find the company that is the only reason I went with another company I was told if I wanted my car before Monday I would have to go pick it up myself, so here is the time frame the manager gave me to pick up my car on a Saturday where it was parked, Oh by the way it was minutes from my home So I was called Saturday morning about to let me know the Manager would be at the sight until 930am and will be returning back to site again at 1015am but would be leaving out again for the rest of day at 1030am So I had to get up and get my friend up and her children on a Saturday to go get my car that was seriously minutes away
The guy was rude on the phone when I was trying to get the address from him, like I was inconveniencing him Funny! This is such bad business no customer service skills at all, and all they could say was the broker should of informed you we don't drive on weekends or holidays No apology or accepting accountabilityWOW!
I would of happily paid someone $more if I had any idea they would picking up my car Friday just to park it on some Lot until Tuesday

Excellent people to deal with. They picked up my automobile on time and delivered it as promised in the condition when it left.

I was in a quandry as to which auto shipper to use to ship a car from Ohio to my son in college in LA. I spoke with a friend of mine whose kids had gone to the same college and during that time they used A Plus Auto Shippers to ship the kids' cars to school and home to Ohio several times. I felt that was probably the best review. So I picked them. They were great! Ernest set everything up. The driver Ernie, brought a brand new truck. Ernie was very professional and pleasant to deal with. THe car was delivered unscathed directly to my son's apartment!. I would definitely recommend this firm and use them again.
