Target is the absolute worst I understand they are there to make (more like take) money just like any other business but most business understand building a relationship with customers is important and you want to make sure you customers don't hate you but not target ones they got your money they won't let it go and provided the absolute worst service the only option availeble is to go to sites like the Revdex.com and let me say another you know the res card target offers so you can save 5% off your order this is a scam by target they make so much money off this in the long run they will end up stealing your money and you will lose far more than the 5% you saves initially and then what you go to your credit card provider but wait you paid with a target card so you are stuck at their mercy and trust me they don't have any I have called many times to rectify my problem with target and out of the few times I did not get hung up on (seriously a big company like target and the frequency of it suggest they company tell their agents to do so) they never even offer the slightest help probably their management tells them to treat customer using red card like crap im sure if I paid with a regular card they would not have done that big mistake now after all that on to my issue ill be brief I bought a bike by target and im not sure what was wrong with it but it has an issue within a month I called target and they offered to have it repaired because it was within the return policy what happened next will shock you after over a month of target pushing me I finally went to the store myself to find out what was up with my bike repair and low and behold they lost my bike they probably knew this to begin with and waited until I walked into the store to tell me after waiting in the store for a few hours they finally find another bike and give it to me I was just happy to finally get out of the store I just took it and left after I got home with it and inspected this bike was definitely a prior return and nothing like the condition of the bike I brought in to fix which they lost well again I was just happy to have something back I kept and than a month later its having issues again (what a surprise with a used bike) and when I get back to target they say sorry you are outside the return windown we wont do anything for you it goes on from here but this is the basic of my expirince so I bought it a month later it has issues they lose the bike and give me a run around for a month and than they no longer want to help me all because of their scan red card
