THIS IS TO MR [redacted] COMPLAINT HIS CAR FAIL SMOG HE ASK FOR A DIAGNOSTIC 127.50 IT WAS PUT ON A DIAGNOSTIC MACHNE EGR PORTS PLUG UP CEAN PORTS EGR MR [redacted] WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE 127.50 DIAGNOSTIC I DISCOUNT OF 27.75 TO MAKE HIM HAPPY THANK YOU.

I am rejecting this response because:They are...

not telling the B.B.B. the truth. If they had put my car on a diagnostic machine I should have gotten or seen some kind of print out from the machine, not the one they sent to the B.B.B..Also if you look at the invoice number on my paperwork  that I sent and he's invoice number is no way close to my number,which to me looks like it was printed later and not by the diagnostic machine.                                                                                                            Thank You                                                                                               Leonard [redacted]
