I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me
I have taken my Passat TDI, my wifes Passat TDI, my son's Jetta TDI and my other son's GTI to Jose and the man is an automotive super sleuthHe found and fixed all issues with all the vehiclesAnd the work is nothing short of outstandingHe is very conscientious about the work done there as if it were his own vehicle he was working onI HIGHLY recomend him to my family and friendsHe has return customers for sure with just my family alone
Unfortunately this scenario is true we had run a promotion for a string trimmer with a free blower in May, we had placed an order for quite a few of these and were told we would receive the amount on order in a timely manner from Milwaukee Tool the manufacturer. slight delay which we worked to pass on to our customers, then eventually told we would not receive many of these item until August. While we were being told several different things from the manufacturer unfortunately we had miscommunication to customers. We currently do not have any of these items and will not receive them until August at the earliest, once we received the August date we reached out to all of our customers to relay the bad news. We can/will honor the deal again once products are available again but in the meantime we canceled the pending orders. As an apology we sent out a letter with a package of $50 worth of Milwaukee accessories and hand tools to all those who unfortunately were not able to take advantage of this deal in a timely manner. We will of course also honor the free good promotion for anyone affected once those items are available again.
