I purchased an insulated delivery bag on August 17, 2013 and have YET to receive that bag.
I purchased an insulated delivery bag on August 17, 2013 and have YET to receive that bag. A Plus Bags not only shipped me the WRONG bag, but the bag they sent to me was ripped and apparently used. I have been assured via email by [redacted], a company executive, on three occasions that our bag is on its way. It is now December 6, 2013 and we STILL have no bag and no refund.
