It is our belief that whomever brought the car in for her for the inspection got the seats dirty prior to it arriving here.

Went to this business to inquire about mechanical issue with vehicle. After being told about the problem and given an unreasonable estimate, I declined to have the repair work done. Subsequently the mechanic dealing with my vehicle intentionally scratched my vehicle before bringing it out of the work-bay. I know my vehicle very well and looked it over before bringing it in that day. I am certain of this claim. The scratch was not there before I went to this repair shop.
