I arranged for air duct cleaning through a 3rd party ( [redacted] ), the price was $39+, I expected an up-charge because of the low price, however I did not expect a $increase So, Buyer Beware! This company is trying to get established in Louisville so a loss leader is not uncommon in such instances, but a 500% increase is out of the question

We found this company on a discount website. Since we'd just bought the house we wanted cleaned, I called to ask questions first. I did this with a number of competing companies that day. This one confirmed the price and had the earliest date available. He also told me I did not have to buy the online voucher, but he would match the price without it. His tech arrived about an hour ago. He was a very nice young man, but told us he needed to call in before getting started. After that call, he told us it would be $299, not $39 or $79 like the online options. He then offered to call the office for me to talk to them. The "owner" said his name was John P [redacted] and that I was wrong. He said I did not read the online site clearly, and when I tried to tell him I spoke with their rep with details over the phone to verify the cost, he began yelling at me. I was trying to tell him our unit was only 3 years old, but he continued yelling. I handed the phone back to the service tech. Initially, I said we'd just not have the service, but the young man was very nice and was helping my husband inspect our unit, so we decided we would go ahead with the $299 since he'd already driven out and was so helpful. Then MY personal cell phone rang. It was the owner who started yelling at me, and he continued yelling at me when I was trying to tell him we were going to let them go ahead with the service. I ended up handing my phone to his tech and then the owner hung up on him. We told the tech that we wished he did not work for this owner, and that we were sorry he'd made the drive out, but that we could not work with his company. Long story short - this is a bait and switch marketing technique with a very angry owner. Based on other reviews I am reading now, this is not new behavior for this company.

I had a great experience with Fresh Air, my furnace had 20+ years of grime, and visible mold growing! I thought I would have to bite the bullet and finance a costly replacementFresh Air was able to disassemble it, kill the mold, clean it and all the ductworkIt looks and operates like new! Professional and courteous, so grateful they were able to give me the peace of mind that my house is clean and safe!

NOT a member of the company as of, June 20, On, May 19, 2014, I began
efforts to remove him due to complaints such as, Mr***s
Between the dates in May and JuneMr
*** was angry of me holding him accountable; and, my decisions and legal
actions/efforts to remove him from the companyIn counter efforts to mineHe
erroneously and negligently began manipulating his exit; and company accounts,
communications (phones and website)As well as, withholding company paperwork,
mail, completed job invoices...etcAnd, until the resolution I achieved on,
June 20, I found it difficult to maintain any daily operations of the
company
Mr***s job was not completed as an
unfortunate consequence of Mr***'s erroneous efforts
Mr***s phone was not blocked from
communicationInstead, Mr*** had taken advantage of being a
50% ownership; and shut down the office
phone line, and associated applications such as voicemail serviceHE also had on at least three documented occasions; fraudulently led
customers to believe they were speaking to meAnd, until I could gain absolute
100% legal controlI was powerless to stop his actions and efforts to sabotage
both the daily operations and customer service of F.A.S.T
Although, it is apparent Mr***s phone
communication can be attributed to the company's phone number being shut off
The company's email service, (which is printed on the invoice Mr***s
invoice ***@Gmail.cwell as the website, freshairsolutionstech.com), was not utilized by Mr***Which could
have helped with his efforts to communicateBut, in my mind, is still not
stated by me as to in any way minimize Mr***s, efforts, complaints, or
issues with my company

refund of, $for the filter back grill install; as well as providing the
filter back and filter back install at no charge
It is unfortunate that Mr*** found himself

Fresh Air Solutions and Technologies LLC is a horrible business to deal with.

I bought a Groupon from this company for my rental house for vent cleaning. Technicians came out and said Groupon didn't cover what needed to be done and wanted lots more money. Renter called me and said to tell them to just clean what Groupon covered. They said they couldn't do this and demanded Groupon to say it was used. Renter asked them to leave if they could not do the job.
Guy that said he was owner of company called me yelling and screaming that I was rude to his technicians. I told him I wasn't there and was not rude and he kept yelling nonsense and hung up on me.
I gave the business a bad review on Groupon and he called and left a threatening message on my voice mail saying he was going to sue me and lots more.
I think this is a very unprofessional company that is best stayed away from. The only good review of this company sounds fake like an advertisement.

I had submitted a negative review for this company. I received a telephone (almost threatening) call demanding that I retract it. I had purchased a service for $39.95 and when the crew arrived they informed me the cost would be over $200? I expected an up charge, but not 500%! Here is the unbelievable part of the phone call, I was asked why I didn't take the $79.95 offer for unlimited cleaning?

First, it was not in the offer and second how does it go from $79.95 to more than $200?

I filed a complaint about their business practices and just got a phone call threatening me with legal action! At lease I was warned that if I did not retract the complaint, it would be turned over to their attorney.
So, I guess in their view they can do no wrong. This is the 2nd "threatening" type phone call from this business. The first was before I wrote the complaint. Because of the first call, that is why the complaint was sent.

Absolutely the worst. Base charge was $356.00, by the time they left, it got jacked up to $751.95. Furnace left disassembled & filled with debris. I had to put it back together myself to get it to work. Several duct covers did not even get removed, so it’s not possible they were cleaned. If the screw is still painted over, it can’t have been removed! Sent photos & got no resolution.
The inside of their “hepa filter” machine is so filthy, there’s no way to tell if anything was sucked out of the ducts or not. I asked to see it before they started & the filters could not even be seen for all the enormous globs of dust, hair, etc.
When I complained, the owner called to literally scream at me. When I mentioned posting poor reviews, he threatened legal action. It was absolutely insane. A complete & total rip-off. I feel like such a sucker for getting roped in.

I purchased a groupon for full duct cleaning with unlimited supply vents and unlimited returns. The service technician looked at the voucher and approved it before he started the work. After beginning his work he told me the groupon did not cover my type of furnace and it would cost more. I said I didn't want to pay more, so he agreed to do the original work without doing the basement return air vent. The problem was resolved in a professional manner, but his boss called me and proceeded to yell and scream about being rude to his workers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Owner is extremely unprofessional.
