I think the owner of this company is honestly a horrible person who takes hard working peoples money and does not complete the job in a professional way. We used him for alot of work on our home. We had the roof, siding, windows , doors replaced and new flooring done. We feel the outside of the house was done very nicely but when it came to the flooring and the doors he rushed the job. I have many bubbles in the new flooring as he never hammered down the sub flooring. There are two spots where the flooring does not meet all the way. One of the doors is not level and has ruined our kitchen floor in that area. Our windows did not feel secure so he came over secured them with the wrong screws and the window had to be forced open and the interior of it broke. He came over to see the situations said since we forced the window open we would be responsible for the window but he would install it for us for free. We agreed. After 6 months of no contact he reaches out to us to see if we still want the window and if so we would also have to pay for his labor which is totally not what we agreed on. Very disappointed to have spent so much money for the shotty work that was done. Think twice before you use this company
This customer was very happy with the outcome of their project. Until some small issues with their windows. the windows were reinforced. Their issue with the door was resolved. *** husband had a difficult day with a new employee at his work, and when one window didn't close properly he chose to slam it down from the top with 2 closed fists. This force broke the weights and sliders through the top of the sash. I live 5 minutes from them and they knew to call me if they had any problems and didn't. I came and looked at the window. It was agreed that they would pay $100.00 to replace the window and $50 labor to install it. I ordered the window, paid for it out of my pocket as I was told they would pay me $50 over a couple pay periods to cover the cost and pay the labor when it was installed. Both things never happened. I am now stuck with a replacement window they have decided they don't want and I cant return. I contacted them a couple times to get payment for window and set up to install, I did not get a response.
My company performed our work to building code and manufactures specifications. To read that they are unhappy 8 months later following a failure to comply with an agreement, is surprising to say the least.
Andrew M and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling my bathroom. They were very professional and their work is wonderful! I got the exact bathroom that I wanted! I would recommend him to anyone needing some work done!
