A Plus Climate Control Services

A Plus Climate Control Services installed a new A/C system (condenser and air handler) on 7/9/13. They arrived at 10:00 pm to do this install after giving 5 different time frames starting at 9:00 am to 12:00pm. They finished and left at 1:00 am. I awoke at 6:30 am to find it 61 degrees in my house. No matter what I did to the thermostat, I could not shut off the a/c. I finally opened windows and turned on the heat (heat run properly by the same thermostat)and called A Plus. A couple hours later my living room ceiling started to leak. I informed A Plus of this by phone and waited for their arrival. Eventually I shut off the breaker to prevent further damage to ceiling. Long story short: A Plus has been here four times since then, finally replaced condensation line which has stopped ceiling leak.A Plus claims NO responsibility for ceiling which had eventually CRACKED due to severe leaking (not to mention stains and sags). After being unable to maintain comfortable temperature in house for several days, I went into attic. To my horror, I found that I was air conditioning the attic due to numerous leaks in the duct work. That was over a week ago. I am still waiting for them to respond. It is now 1:02 pm Tuesday the 23rd. They stated they would be here today between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Still haven't heard from them today.I have also noticed the concrete pad under condenser outside is FAR from level and the copper pipes are not insulated as the old one had been.
