Had a pipe burst this winter. The insurance company sent an adjuster to my house. His 3 page report did not come close to fixing the repairs. I called APCC and he was very informative. I felt instant relief because he did exactly what he said he was going to do. The repairs came out awesome. Can't thank you enough APCC!!!!!! I would recommend A Plus Creative Construction to anyone!!!
APCC helped me get a full roof replacement at NO COST!!! The only requirement was to pay my deductible. The insurance company wanted to only pay for a repair, APCC was able to get the full roof replaced. Thanks again APCC!!!

Mike & Richard have done soo much for us over the past several months. We found out we had mold in the house after I started to become ill. We had a claim and they paid to patch the drywall and repaint several rooms in the house. Nobody ever thought to check behind the walls, and turns out there was mold growing. I was referred to Michael through a friend who was having her home renovated by Michael, and they came out that same day. They were so great, they helped my get ahold of the Insurance guy and handled all of the supplementals for us. Michael also helped arrange for us a furnished home while the renovation was done, which by the way, the Insurance guy paid for thanks to Michael. They handled everything for Herb and I, and got it done rather quickly. They all did such a great job and we cant thank you guys enough for fixing everything back to the way it was. I would love to have you boys over for dinner in the new Kitchen. Thank you Michael, thank you Richard. God Bless.
Review: I hired "a plus creative construction" to repair water damage to my roof. They subbed out the job to a roofer who's license was expired at the time and further more that roofer didn't pull a permit. I paid mike about $9000 for the roof and I'm told it wasn't put on correctly. Aside from the improper install, The roofers he hired caused damage in the house while throwing the bundles onto the roof. There are nail pops everywhere, light fixtures broken. I contacted mike and advised him of the situation and he claims they will pull permit but I doubt this will happen.Desired Settlement: The permit needs to be pulled, roof needs to be redone and installed correctly. Interior damage needs to be paid for.
