There is no licensing in Kentucky for our business. We are registered with the KY Secretary of StateThere were no privacy issues as no information has been released to the public. The only information given was in response to the complaint filed to the Revdex.com.
Ms*** claims that she was only given a one paragraph email towards educating her on credit. However, her own emails included in her response show that's not the case. We discussed building credit and how to do that, we discussed specific accounts and how to handle them, we discussed an issue regarding an inquiry and how that should be handled etc. And that's just some of the emails. There were phone calls as wellA partial refund agreement was reached, then Ms*** reneged. It is quite common in settlement agreements for one side to agree not discuss the settlement agreement publiclyInitially, Ms*** said she was going to hire an attorney. As a result of that, we had our attorney get involved. Part of our concern had to do with Ms*** posting statements on assorted websites. For instance, we did not, do not and would not dispute positive accounts. If we did so, we would have been out of business quickly. Instead, we've been in business for years and have helped thousands of clients. The Revdex.com has an extensive file on our company and knows that we have had very, very few complaints in the course of those years.
We have always tried to and have usually been able to resolve any issues that have arisen, but it appears that in this case, there is no way to reach a resolution.

In Feb I contacted this businesd,spoke with Chad, paid the fee he request and nothing happened! Kept my money,never returned calls or emails! They are flat out crooks!

Karen and Chad operate a real credit repair company that REALLY repair your credit. My scores jumped 30 points in 2 months....15 of them within a week! I had worked with a company prior to A+Credit and in no shape form or fashion did I get the results and feedback as I did with A+Credit. Now I have credit cards, a mortgage loan and my credit rating is "Good"
