After searching for a dentist for a while I was referred to A+ Dentistry from one of my clients. I had an amazing experience at every one of my appointments. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to everyone that is in need of a great smile!
I paid A Plus Dentistry, in Cumming GA for a crown upfront. When I went for my appointment on Wednesday Nov 1, 2017 to get my mold for the crown the doors were locked. when I tried to call the message machine came on and no one answered or returned a call. I tried calling 2 days in a row. there was no note on the door either. I was never contacted by the dentist office to tell me why they are closed or why they are out of business - if that is the case?
Billing Adjustment I would like my money refunded to me for the crown that they never gave me.
Please remove the complaint. They shut down due to being out of town at a conference and did not close the doors entirely as I thougt. It was my mistake.
