The complaint in question revolves around a customer that purported we never answer our phone and when we do answer our phone he was told to call someone elseIn all actuality, there was a major communication lapse with this customer due to a
language barrierhe constantly called the wrong office and when given the proper number to call would call when we were closedOur office is open 9am-5pm, weekdaysHe would call on weekends, at night, early in the morning and never leave a messageThe owner of the company even called him from is cell phone one night to try and get him to call during business hoursThe customer then proceeded to call the cell phone of the ownerHE NEVER CALLED THE PROPER OFFICEThe customer owed money for his son's BTW lessonsWhen we were finally able to speak with him he dropped the check off for his son at the wrong business and proceeded to ask whey we never cashed the checkEventually, we were able to get the check from a business that is a few doors down from us and his son is taking his test tomorrowIn fact, we are taking his son to the testThis was a case of an individual with limited English skills getting confused but it was taken care of once he started calling the proper office (he was calling our northern office every time he called, tey would in turn give him our number but he never called when we were open.)

They advertised teenager driving lesson 4 hours behind the wheel, but never over an hour for each student, they alway came late to pick up my son. If you wanted full 4 hours you have to paid extra and if you want private that is extra that they never explain when you signed up. This is their common practice when parents signed up. This company is not honest, they did not tell me that after completion 4 hours behind the wheel (that I have to paid extra) to get the certificate they will charge $45 for it. All they said after 6 months they will send the certificate, when 6 months expired I call them to send my Son's certificate they said they have to charge me $45 extra this is observed, I talked to several Parents at the same school they said they did not pay anything for that certificate. This company is scammed parents need to be shut down.

We registered my son for driver's education with A Plus Driving School earlier this year. Over the summer, my son completed the classroom portion of the program. During the classroom portion, my son, who attends a [redacted]. was repeatedly harassed by the instructor for his school affiliation. The instructor, who is also the [redacted] of the company, repeatedly made off-topic and inappropriate comments to the class. At the time of class completion, the company's office failed to complete the paperwork correctly which verified my son's completion of the classroom portion. This resulted in his inability to receive his learner's permit from the Department of Motor Vehicles office as well as numerous trips back and forth at our expense. When we went to the company's office to resolve that issue, no one was present, even though we visited the business during their posted office hours. We left numerous voicemail and email messages and spent hours at the office location, but to no avail. When the [redacted] chose to respond to our messages, he drove one of his students to our home and forced the student to stay in a parked car at my home while he informed my family that we could not complete my son's driver's education program with anyone else. In fact, he threatened to not sign the verification form for my son's classroom portion (which had been finished weeks earlier) if we indicated that we would seek to complete the behind-the-wheel instruction with another company.

My family and I have found his behavior to be inappropriate, erratic, and prejudicial. We hold no confidence in the ability of his office personnel, and we do not feel our son would receive a comprehensive, safe, and nonbiased experience in any further interaction with him or his company.
