TFC Credit Corporation is unprofessional, and borderline criminalAn account with TFC was opened for me through a local private collegeI signed a payment plan, and paid a depositApproximately two weeks before my first scheduled payment was due, TFC took a payment out of my bank accountUpon seeing this charge in my account I called TFC to have it reversed and resolve the issueI spoke to a TFC representative name ***, who first went over my personal information with my husband who is not on the account(Against the law) Then she requested my personal information over the phone in order to "find the charge", although she had already looked up my account and claimed there were three different accounts in my nameI have a very unique name, so I doubt this is truethe call finally ended when she refused to transfer me to a supervisorI then called TFC again the next day during their regular business hoursSpoke to a different rep who basically told me the charge didn't happen and nothing can be done about itI have ended up having to stop payment to TFC and file a claim through my bank in order to get my money back, and make payments directly through my school using a prepaid card in order to protect my informationI would not recommend doing business with this companyThey have compromised my personal information as well as my bank account

They have two accounts under my name for tuition towards a school I no longer attendOne account I had authorized to do auto-payments through and I was not only making payment early, but also at a higher payment than agreedThat did not stop them from using this second account to charge me the same amount plus an additional $They have overdrafted my account twice in the last two months and have been very rude to me on the phone when I call asking for helpAll I wanted to do was pay what I owed and now I'm swamped in fees
