Review: I have purchased a dresser and a kitchen counter from A plus furniture on 5/**/13. When my furniture was delivered it was in very poor condition. The kitchen counter glass doors were broken and it was dirty and the doors were not leveled on even. The dresser had a damaged draw that was scracted up. I was promised the glass doors and draw would be replaced. A delivery person came 3 weeks later and replaced the glass doors but brought a different color draw that did not match my dresser. I was told the company would send the correct draw within a few days. It has been three months and I have still not received my draw. I have went to the store in person several times and have been given mulitple excuses. On a few occasions I was told that it would be delivered that day and the delivery man never comes. Their excuse was that they rang my bell and nobody answered, when I was indeed home and never heard the door. I never recieved a call stating they were at my door. I have paid $400 in good faith expecting to recieve my products in good condition. In return I received poorly conditioned furniture and very poor custmor service. I have been more than patient waiting for my purchase that I paid for three months ago.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise that I have paid for. No customer should have ever have to experience what I've been through.
