We were told the contracted job would take approximately two weeks. It has been a month and a half and the job is not done. My main complaint is with the dryer vent that was installed. They installed a "master vent" that clearly states on the box to not used as a dryer vent. My clothes take three hours to dry due to the incorrect vent. The only way that I can do laundry is to vent the dryer exhaust to the inside of the house. I have been requesting the correction be made for the last four weeks. No efforts to remedy the contractor's mistake has yet to be made.
