A Plus Home Inspections

Would recommend [redacted] and A+ Home Inspections to anyone purchasing or selling a house. I have used [redacted] for Home inspections on investment properties, and A+ Home Inspections is my "go to" for all inspection needs. [redacted] is meticulous, professional, and very responsive to customer needs. Highly recommend!

Problem with this guy is mainly behavior related. He came as planned on time for the first time ( was half an hour late for re inspection) but talks excessively. Most of the time irrelevant. EXTREMELY Pompous and has a sense of grandiosity. Does not return phone calls and if he ever picks up the call, cotinues to talk non- stop; almost all of which is self- serving; repeats multiple times in the same conversation that he is busy and yet continues to talk and wastes my time. I paid him and paid him very well ( he was paid $150/hr for re inspection - actual time was $75 for 30 minutes) but he continues to say that he is doing a favor on me. Refused with impunity my request to send a brief report on re-inspection and even shamelessly refused to give me few minutes briefing about the re inspection (instead continuously talked disrespectfully to me with arrogance). He definitely needs to see a psychotherapist to address these issues. Anyone who is planning to get a home inspection should consider these facts.
