I am writing you to discuss our resolution to this complaintUpon receiving the complaint we checked our records and saw that Mr [redacted] was on the list to be refundedDue to a clerical error this had been delayed, so we immediately issued him a refund to his credit cardBecause Mr [redacted] also mentioned multiple concerns about the app and product, our Vice President of Merchandising called him and spent about minutes on the phone addressing all of Mr [redacted] ’s concernsWe explained that the app was not in beta, but was a first generation production version, and like all apps would continue to improve as we made upgrades to itOur VP of Merchandising shared some figures with Mr [redacted] to assure him of the high level of quality our products must meet to be sold by Allergy Buyers Club and they were able to sort everything outI hope this is enough to get the complaint resolved, please let me know if you need anything elseThanks!- [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Upper management was very kind to take the time to look into this product and hopefully make the necessary improvements

They will take your money, not pull permits, not return phone calls, text instead of call, not show up when they say they will, and not follow through with anything they sayWe spent over a month attempting to work with this companyThe owner *** is full of excuses and does not seem to care about his customersHe promises he will fix problems and take care of everythingHe takes care of nothingHe made an excuse that he did not know that a permit wasn't pulled when starting work at our houseWe have a stop work order from the town pasted on our front window, when a picture was sent to *** he claimed all he had to do was go to the town and pay for itIf that be the case why did he not do that in the 1st place
They also subcontract which they will not tell you in the begining
Please do not work with this company they are not trust worthly and should not be in businessWe have requested our deposit back, sent a certified stop work letter, and a letter to the town to not let them pull a permit at our home

Absolute nightmare from day one. No communication, Cody the owner doesn't return phone calls and when he does he lies. The quality of work done is way below acceptable. Replaced my skimmer on my pool twice and its still not right. Bad tile job, deck resurfacing looks horrible, main drain doesn't work anymore.
I was warned by other customers of Posh Pools (references) that this lack of communication would occur, and to "stay away" . I went with Posh Pools anyway and am so, so sorry I did!!! I just hope this helps someone else in the future of going through a non-stop nightmare.

We have scheduled a call tag with the customer to have the item picked up on 1/10/17. The size issue mentioned in the complaint was not discussed with us previously. We haven’t had any other customers with this issue when purchasing the item so we want to see it. This way we can correct what might...

have erroneously put in the item description. We do have the return policy for bedding listed on our website. See “returns” at the bottom of our main page under “No Hassle, Easy Returns”.• All opened bedding products (i.e. pillows, pillow cases, comforters, sheets, encasings).In a good faith effort to resolve this for the customer, we are refunding her in full.If there is anything else, please let us know. mentioned multiple concerns about the app and product, our Vice President of Merchandising called him and spent about 30 minutes on the phone addressing all of Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. We explained that the app was not in beta, but was a first generation production version, and like all apps would continue to improve as we made upgrades to it. Our VP of Merchandising shared some figures with Mr. [redacted] to assure him of the high level of quality our products must meet to be sold by Allergy Buyers Club and they were able to sort everything out. After we pay in full for the resurface our pool. Posh pool did not finish the work .they did not answer our phon calls.we are not even sure that they are still in business.they broke our pool screen and refused to fix it.
