Review: On 3/22 I was in a no fault accident with one of this companies insured. Per the insurance provided, there are two different agencies on the insurance card, although a gentleman named [redacted] contacted me on 3/26. My auto was at [redacted] in [redacted]. the adjuster went out on 3/26 to observe the damages and obtain a quote from [redacted]. He stated that he would be in contact within 24-72 business hours, however, nothing. I contacted [redacted] daily, leaving messages and no answer. I contacted [redacted]'s supervisor, no answer as well. It has been weeks post my accident and this company has failed to contact me regarding my claim status and resolve my issue. Below, is the information regarding [redacted]Desired Settlement: To have my settlement for my vehicle resolved and claim paid for repairs.
