Review: I signed an agreement with UMAC in last quarter of 2011 for martial arts classes for my 3 dhildren. They automatically debited two payments of $350 out of my account for services that they did not provide. The problem was that in my agreement they promised to provide transportation for my children after school from [redacted] Elementary School to UMAC. The transportation never occured causing me to cancel the contract. UMAC unfortunately never refunded me the monies for breaking the contract. I have made several calls to resolve this matter over the years. I have visited the premesise. When speaking to [redacted], the co-owner/wife, she states that she will have to go thru her records (as though she does not remember). The last contact I had was with the owner([redacted]) He stated that he would contact his accountant to start the refund process. I have heard nothing from them since the past summer. And it appears that their business has now either closed or changed locations. I have no problem taking them to court at this point I am just hoping that the influence of the Revdex.com will help to resolve this matter.
