A Plus Lawn & Ornamental Pest Control

I hired this company for my lawn needs in March of 2013 and paid them for the whole year. Everything was fine until my lawn was treated a week before I went on vacation Instructions said heavy watering for next three days. I followed them and it poured down rain when I left, I was only gone 5days and it rained while I was gone also. When I got back I have a yard full off dead patches.I tried numerous times to contact them , nothing for about a week or so claimed he was out of town. I was frustrated so I told them in a text and message that I wished to cancel because I was not happy. Not once did I get a return call I never spoke to them in person. He ( [redacted]) finally comes by a checks the lawn doesn't do anything except spay fungicide and leaves a note asking me to reconsider . Well I did I told him in a message again that I would let them finish out the year and the rest of the lawn did look nice. He said he wanted to meet to go over a game plan we got our days mixed up I asked him to come by the week before he actually did and he left me a note saying sorry must have got our days mixed up. That was the last time I heard from him two months I have been calling and texting for weeks and have not got a response , nothing they have been paid for the whole year and are now ignoring me ! My lawn hasn't been treated since end of May early June ...... All I wanted was for them to finish the year and answer my calls but now I am very frustrated and just want my money back!!!!!!!
