We did indeed speak with *** ***. We explained to him at the time of installation that snow guards installed with epoxy are not warranted but they did not want them screwed to the roof (which is the most accepted method of installation.)We did tell him that if he wants them
re-installed with epoxy, we will be glad to do so but that it cannot be done unless we have days of degree plus weather. We would not be able to install them before late spring of next year.We have a call into him now to see if he would agree to having them screwed down. If he concurs, we will re-install them at no charge. If he wants the epoxy, he'll need to wait until next year.Although there is no warrant for these snow guards, we want to make him happy
