In regards to the recent concerned voiced by customer:The loan officer in question was asked to do some researchand see if there would be anyway for A-Plus to obtain financing for thecustomerThe customer would not provide a formal application, and would notallow the loan officer to access
creditThe client did not formally apply withA-Plus mortgage, faxed over a copy of a credit report from another lender thatalready denied her loan, and asked a loan officer to do research for her due toa unfortunate situation she had found herself in, pending foreclosureThe loan officer in question did attempt to notify theclient that there was no financing available via telephone and voice message.As far as the phone not being answered at A-Plus Mortgage, we have a voicemailsystem set up to record any missed callsLoan officers do attend trainings,leave the office to meet clients, and can become very busy during the dayOurwebsite also list the contact numbers to both owners and email access to both owners,neither owner was ever contacted prior to this complaint A-Plus will instruct the loan officer to once again reachout to the client and inform her that we are not able to obtain any financingbased on the credit report she faxed to usIt is not policy to use any othercredit report other than a report issued from A-Plus mortgageThis creditreport that was supplied has been shredded to insure the privacy and protect ofthe client in compliance with state and federal law It is unfortunate that the client has issued a complaintagainst A-Plus mortgageTwo other mortgage companies denied this loan andA-Plus was used as a last ditch effort in hoped that maybe we could find a bankthat would accept the file. I do apologize if the customer feels the loanofficer was dismissiveWe pride ourselves on trying to help everyone but wecan’t always find a solution to all problems

I was quoted $350.00-$450.00 for an apprasiel had to give my credit card to A plus ahead of time. Imagine my surprise when my card was charged $525.00 for the appraisel bill.
