this is in regard to sequence #***, please be advised as I mentioned to you on the phone we are not in the position to refund the money to that customer for what we went through and as genuine promise to buy the carThe customer confirmed the sale to us before he gives us the credit card
numberfurther more his $never went to our bank account - please see bank statement and a receipt singedhow can we refund money that is not in our accountand if it was there it is our right to keep it because of the repairs and modifications the customer asked us to do

I am rejecting this response because:
First and for most I was never giving proof that funds was not received by seller and have to wait 60days for the credit card to finish its disput to get my money back , as in regards to modifications that seller claims I asked for was something I pointed out to him as in the truck is very dirty, the air conditioning was not working , and also the airbag light kept coming on during test drive so no these are not modifications. Seller was also told that the truck is kind of small for me and my family so you have my deposit and I will let you know if I want the vehicle in the a.m in which I decided not to start nor finish the process to buy the vehicle, their is no signed paper work or agreement to purchase the vehicle the $800 was a deposit to hold the vehicle and bank receipt was signed for deposit purpose on credit card . I was not happy with the vehicle and the owner and decided to not do business with the dealership In which I asked for my deposit back and was told no. From reviews and an old employee I am one of many the owner has done this to and needs to stop so I am pursuing a law suit against him .
