I got a phone call at 9:00am from the moversOn moving daySaying they were on their wayThey were supposed to be there at 8:45amTwo young men showed up they broke my dresser trying to move itNever offered to pay for it or right a claim on itJust said sorry about thatI prepaid for hoursAll they had to move was a bed a dresser a couch and a table that was already broke downThe had to drive 20mins from house to the nextAnd this entire thing should have taken maybe 2hours with drive timeIt took them the full hoursMy husband and I had to help them move some stuffI would never recommend a plus movers to anyoneIf you need movers go with helping hands they moved me a year ago and were greatI couldn't get them on the date I needed so I was stuck with a plus moversNever again!!

These guys were a disaster Don't let them give you a time and cost estimate over the phone (really who can someone know how long it will take without seeing how much stuff you have.) They estimate way low and then they got there and said need more people and a lot more timeThe cost ended up being double over what the phone "estimate" was They added a third person to up the charge and he mostly directed the other two hardly doing any moving at all They know you're stuck once they show up and you need to get moved We got them to move us out and then when they were supposed to move us in they didn't show up when they promise and had less people than promised We ended up moving at least half of it in ourselves They claim "professinal movers" but hire off duty servicemen They claim insurance but the rate of cents a pound means your precious family heirloom won't get covered They didn't even have the right equipment when they showed up even though we had been very specific about needing extra padding and dollies
They claim good google reviews but pretty much they've created those themselves.The F Revdex.com ratings are more like it! Sheesh what a mess We kicked ourselves for not reading the Revdex.com reviews and believing them with their Google reviews It's been several months and we're still mad about it Ripoff company Stay away

I scheduled an appointment for pm on SeptI requested to have an office assistant present because my husband is deployed and I did not want to be alone, I was told I would have to pay and extra 10/hrNo problem Come moving day I called at 1:to make sure that they were going to be there, I was told by an office assistant that she would call and check their eta and call me back, 2:no callThis kept going on for about hours, everytime I was told a different excuse and that they would call me backHardly any apology, and I kept having to call themThey finally arrived at 8:45, no office assistantWhatever I was tired and ready to just get it over with by this pointThey did not assemble any furniture and left my couch in my front yard, I was told it would not fitMy landlord got it inside just fine the next dayAfter all this I received a whole $off an hourThat is just ridiculousDo no waste your money or energy with this pathetic excuse for a business

The movers were Excellent! They helped us when we were in a bind and they saved the day!

Never offered to pay for it or right a claim on it. Just said sorry about that. I prepaid for 3 hours. All they had to move was a bed a dresser a couch and a table that was already broke down. The had to drive 20mins from house to the next. And this entire thing should have taken maybe 2hours with drive time. It took them the full 3 hours. My husband and I had to help them move some stuff. I would never recommend a plus movers to anyone. If you need movers go with helping hands they moved me a year ago and were great. I couldn't get them on the date I needed so I was stuck with a plus movers. Never again!!

My wife and I have used A Plus Movers before with great results. We have recommended them to everyone we know. Now I wish I hadn't. over 4 weeks ago we had them move our furniture out of storage to a new house. We paid for 3 men to come and move us. They were an hour late and only two of them really did any work. The third one was loafing around. They broke a leg on an antique cabinet and chipped an end table.
I have left message for the owner to call me, but he has failed to do so. I will never use or recommend these guys again.
