A Plus Oxygen & DME

On 3-13-15 I rented a oxygen breathing machine from a+ oxygen for a round trip 217 milesx 2 delivered at [redacted] on [redacted] in reno nv .The unit was highly technical so my son helped with it.Our trip was a day trip. Total time used 13 hours checked out Saturday at 10am returned to [redacted] at 11pm same day [redacted] from a+ told my son a+was not open weekend for o2 machine to b returned was advised to return it to [redacted] .A+ was phoned and voicemailed upon return.We were told a+would get it Monday.son called to discuss unused 6 days and a+ renting o2 machine back out and me paying for it being unfair requested talk to [redacted] or [redacted] owners [redacted] didn't return call [redacted] refused to prorate 6 unused days no credit 100 charge remains funny the card shows on call 24/7 but not open to return 24/7 days [redacted] unfair elder abuseDesired SettlementProrate and credit 100 divide into 7 bill should have been 14 a day even though a+ refused to give me a delivery return address which could have accepted the o2 machine consumer not at fault bad business practice thats like renting a car for 1 day and getting charged for a week poor business lazy on refunds for profit remember we are the customers who make your business a sucess.thanks for review and making america a better placeBusiness Response The oxygen machine this customer is referring to in a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC). They are rented out WEEKLY. We can not prorate for unused days. It does not matter if POC is used for 1 hour or all 7 days. Weekly rate is $100. Which is a very fair price compared to other local oxygen companies. As far as the allegations to unfair elder abuse, A+ categorically denies all claims related to unfair elder abuse. A+ depends on excellent relationships and care for our elderly patients.
