We had A Plus Patio & Screen enclose our patioA few days after it was completed we had our first rain and discovered a couple leaksWe called the owner [redacted] and he scheduled his crew to come and fix the problemThe leaks were due to some irregularities around our fire place chimneyThey went the second mile to fix some problems that actually were not their responsibilityINTEGRITY, HONESTY and EFFICIENCY ***

Linda this is *** with A Plus Patio *** did call a couple weeks after we installed the patio about it leaning away from gutter and I had it fixed the next weekYes he did call me back a few weeks later it was peak season and I forgot and he called back and we planned repair for one evening and
my son got off late that day and forgot I thought it had been resolved*** did calle back around first of sept and I told him it would b fixed within a week and seriously made up warranty work order but my son his brother passed away on the third of sept and we forgot again we have called him times and left messages to try and resolve the problem and also sent my son by this morning but no one was at home We want to fix the patio most of my work is referrals this normally does not happen,

These guys did a great job, from the first call to the estimate to installation. I would definitely recommend this business!
