*** *** called my office according to our records twice in month of MarchWe did not go back to work with our office personal and our paving crews full time until March 27th, We were in and out of office, and returned her call to her and explained to her that her driveway needed to be
sealed and also that we could not give her a date until we get started Seal CoatingI am very careful when I start Seal Coating due to weather conditionsWe actually didn't start any Seal Coat until May 2, due to weatherI went past her job on or about April 13, 2017, saw her driveway, and left card in mailbox for her to call meI didn't hear back from herOn Thursday April 20, while Michelina (our estimator) was in office I personally called *** ***, I explained to her that we were back in office full time since March 27, and we still haven't Seal CoatedI explained to her that we knew what the problem was about material flaking up, her driveway was drying upThis happens all the time, that's why we also put in our proposals, copy enclosedBefore you buy a driveway from us the cost of Seal Coat and it should be done within year, at least Days after installation of your new driveway because we know it's going to dry outI also explained to her that I can't stop grass from growing up thru her edges, but if she would do a little better with her landscaping it would help along her edgesAs the end of our conversation, she explained to me that she had already contacted another company and they were going to slurry seal her drivewayI explained to her I have never seen slurry seal in a driveway, good luckI apologize my response to this was a little late, I've been in Denver Colorado with my son and my first Grandson

Date: Thu, Feb 11, at 5:PMSubject: Re: CID #***Hi ***,The business did come out, make some repairs to the driveway, and then seal coated it Other than removing the asphalt addition (which we are not willing to do), we don't believe there is anything further that can be done We do believe the work that was done was substandard, but at this time, we feel the complaint can be closed as resolved.Thank you for checking back with us.***

*** *** Church's Reply:
Snow and Ice Removal
It’s time to dig out the snow shovel
and tune up the snow blower - and to review local legislation on snow and ice
removal! Hazardous conditions result when owners and occupants fail to remove
snow or ice from abutting sidewalks, or otherwise make passage safeEven more
dangerous conditions can result from careless placement of snow or ice during
snow removal processes and from allowing snow, ice and icicles to accumulate on
buildings abutting sidewalksLegislation on this subject usually sets a time
limit for when snow and ice must be removed after the same has formed; removal
by local authorities at the cost of the owner or occupant is commonSevere
icing should require the application of salt or a similar materialLocal legislation
should also prohibit the piling of snow or ice in close proximity to streets
During the removal process, care should be taken to not block fire hydrants
or handicapped parking spaces, nor should snow be discarded onto the property
of othersThere may be a discrepancy over the responsibility for snow removal
in front of buildings occupied by more than one family or business, or from
unaccepted streets
Richard S*** with A Plus Paving
& Concrete who was contracted by *** *** management company and
***'s discarded the snow that was removed onto the property of *** ***
Church. There was and is no concern for anyone but the paying customers -
*** *** and ***’s.
The *** *** Church has made
several complaints to this Company over the years about their continual
disregard of trespassing and disrespect of other people's private
property. Last year; this same company knock down the railing to *** *** Church and denied any responsibility of damaging even when the were
provide proof of the tracks of snow plow all over the Church property including
those at the front of the Church leading to the rail. The mountains of
snow that A Plus Paving and Concrete has continually placed next to the church
has been a constant issue every year and has caused flooding every year even
after pleading with the company not to pile snow from other properties on
to the Church's property
Richard S*** with A Plus Paving
& Concrete admits:
"After about
minutes I get a call from my guy telling me the lady at the church was there,
raising hell and calling the policeI was stuck in traffic in La Plata so I
couldn't get up to ClintonThe owner of ***'s building (***) said she
would go up thereI was also contracted by her hours before to remove the
snow on the side of her building, in front of *** *** to open area to the
Church"
*** *** Church's Reply:
First of all; ***'s is located on a
*** *** and not on *** ***. Second *** *** and
***'s are in the building that used be the *** ***; so if the snow on the
side of ***'s or "After was move to open area to the
Church." This company purposely placed the *** ***
Church at risk of personal injury claims because the property was not free of
accumulated snow and iceIf you fail to fulfill these obligations, you could
face a personal injury claim from someone who falls or is otherwise
injured on your property. This company continued after being asked not to
removal snow from *** ***'s property or ***'s/*** *** and place it on
*** *** Church property. *** *** and her grandsons were there
to clear the four handicap parking spaces on the side of the church that leads
to the entrance of the Church. ***'s owner told the police that she
would have the mountain of snow removed but shortly after the police left told
the snow plow driver to stop removing the snow.
Richard S*** with A Plus Paving
& Concrete admits:
"I also explained to her that
she should be thankful to *** and ***'s to plow and remove
over 24" of snow so she could get to her church, but she instead was
irate because we put a small amount of snow, which we moved off her lotI
would also like to note, when the police arrived and saw we had moved snow off
of her lot they said good no more problem and *** *** said okay, no
problem."
*** *** Church Reply:
The statement that was made by the
owner of this company shows the mind set of this person; who stated that the
Church should be thankful to *** *** and ***'s for removing the snow from
their properties and putting it on the *** *** Church property.
This statement shows no regard for other people's property by trespassing,
and exposing the Church to personal injury claims without any conscience or
respect of the law.
When the police arrive the owner of
***'s stated that she would have the snow removed from the Church property to
the back of the ***'s property, but shortly after the police left told the
snow plow driver to stop. The snow plow driver began to remove the snow
from the front of ***'s to the back of ***'s. *** *** and the grandsons
shoveled the entrance and tried to make a path in the mountain of snow
left by the driver of the snow plow to stairs of the Church. *** ***
did not curse or say anything to the workers or the owners of ***'s.
*** *** Church statements that
the owners of ***'s (***) and Richard S*** with A Plus Paving &
Concrete were fully aware of the fact that they were trespassing on *** *** Church property and breaking the law by removing or piling the snow off
of *** *** and ***'s property and placing mountain of snow in the
handicapped parking spaces on the side of the Church. All of the parties;
*** ***, Richard S*** with A Plus Paving & Concrete and ***'s
were aware of their actions and responsibilities of removal of the snow but had
no regard of the law and consequences of their actions in regard to the damages
they caused to *** *** Church property.
In the Contract between ***’s and
*** ***’s management company and Richard
S*** with A Plus Paving & Concrete there should have directions or instructions
concerning the snow removal that is during the removal process, care
should be taken to not block fire hydrants or handicapped parking spaces, nor
should snow be discarded onto the property of others

Richard and Kristina are meeting with Chris Gray on Thursday (December 7, 2017) Evening

I, Richard S[redacted] with A Plus Paving & Concrete was hired by a management company of the [redacted] to plow their parking lot. While plowing [redacted] we put half of the snow to the right of [redacted], the other half of snow went to the left of [redacted],...

or in front of [redacted]'s. [redacted]'s is closed till March, shouldn't have been a problem. This was done late Sunday Night (January 24, 2016) or early Monday morning (January 25, 2016). The snow on the side and back was pushed around to dumpster area. A small pile of snow was left on side of Church that night, # 1 Area in diagram. On Tuesday January 26, 2016 I received a call from Management Company that the owner of the [redacted]'s building was going to have a training seminar and would like me to move snow around back of [redacted]'s. I said no problem because I had a crew with loader coming past there so they went to [redacted]'s and started moving snow around to the back of the building.
After about 30 minutes I get a call from my guy telling me the lady at the church was there, raising hell and calling the police. I was stuck in traffic in La Plata so I couldn't get up to Clinton. The owner of [redacted]'s building ([redacted]) said she would go up there. I was also contracted by her 2 hours before to remove the snow on the side of her building, in front of [redacted] to open area to the Church. I spoke to [redacted] about the snow and told her we would move the snow, which we did. I also explained to her that she should be thankful to [redacted] and [redacted]'s to plow and remove over 24" of snow so she could get to her church, but she instead was irate because we put a small amount of snow, which we moved off her lot. I would also like to note, when the police arrived and saw we had moved snow off of her lot they said good no more problem and [redacted] said okay, no problem. Then after [redacted] arrived she started arguing again with her and insisted after being asked by my guy to get out of way of machine, she told my guy that it was her f[redacted] property, she wasn't going to f[redacted] move and you hit me or my grandkids I'll sue your f[redacted] company. We finished moving all the snow for [redacted]'s to around back and left job hours longer than it should have taken.
Then on January 27, 2016 she called Revdex.com and filled a complaint against our company, she wants replacement of guardrail knocked down last year and replacement of hot water heater as a result of flooding at her church. This was the day after we plowed the snow, the snow placed on her lot was removed on January 26, 2016. The snow never had a chance to melt and flood her church, also pictures of handrail looks in far condition.
In closing I can give you a phone number of [redacted] and my two guys that were on the job and they will explain to you how irate [redacted] was thru out this ordeal. I have no intentions on paying for her hot water heater and the handrail which never appeared to have been knocked down by attached picture. Further more, I wasn't contracted by [redacted] anyway, and her complaint on my business is so ridiculous, she should be paying me for my aggravation and paying [redacted] and [redacted] for plowing area 5 in drawing so she could get to her church after snow storm.
Thank you. Sorry for the inconvenience, Richard S[redacted]

Letter is attached.I called [redacted] on May 2, 2017 after receiving notice from Revdex.com and also on May 8, 2017 before writing this notice and left a message both times. The curb was completed in late December to [redacted] liking.  Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:1. UNTRUTHFUL STATEMENTS:a. I called their office more than twice: March 24,2017 was the  3rd or 4th call I made. Called & had spoken to the office- rep for the last time begging for someone from their business to come over & look at the present condition of my driveway. Finally reached my level of patience that day since there was still no answer to my request, other than "someone will get back to you". Out of exhaustion, I even asked her if she knew me since I haven't even stated my name yet before she told me of it. She said, "yes, you're [redacted]". I asked next for my address, & she said "[redacted]". And I left it at that knowing that she knew who called & maybe finally, someone could come. I took pictures of the driveway that day after the rain (before speaking with her). *I suggest looking at their phone records carefully... & maybe to go back & look in Feb too, if they could only find 2 calls .
b. No calls were returned by their office  prior to filing a Revdex.com complaint :        March 24 - My last call to their office       Apr. 07 --- Erred my problem with their customer service to MICHELINA (estimator) after calling her & speaking with her about                       the private road's estimate the prior year. Was promised by her that they'll fix the problem by steam rolling/ pressing it to                        solved the problem I described & was gonna even do it for free since they failed with their customer service. Gave me                       the excuse that it was the daughter of the boss who'd  been sick for quite a while.      Apr. 10---- I called Michelina to schedule the work, & was flabbergusted by the response : Hung up on me after I told her that they didn't                       get the job for the neighborhood (neighbors didn't liked the work they did to my driveway) the 1st time. I called again                        & asked about schedules. Was suddenly so rude, & started talking over me. Went on about accusing me that no calls were                        made by me & that I'm not even in their sealing- schedule. Accused me that I was trying to fire people, the boss's daughter,                        in particular. I was told that they don't want to deal with me & not interested in my business. She only stopped talking meanly                       when I stated that the work they've done is still under warranty. It was then only that I was able to talk, & she stopped                        yelling.                        * She should be the one to get fired 1st, if there needs to be one... or some. Ghetto- style of a business!      Apr. 15----found the business card of A plus paving in my mailbox. Plain business card - NO NOTES or whatsoever! We were home yet                       no one knocked.      Apr. 18-----Filed my Revdex.com- complaint against A plus paving & Concrete      Apr 19----- Revdex.com sent complaint to A plus paving & Concrete      Apr. 20----  FINALLY, A CALL from the owner: Denied the quality/ nonquality of work done. Was told its just dried up & that                       the materials/gravel coming off was natural & expected. And that it stated in their contract that sealing would need to happen .                      within a year. Well, it's within a year  - resurfaced in Sept 2016 & started calling their office in March the following year                        for what seems to be a bad work. No harsh winter with snow nor de- icing salt nor snow blower, yet the driveway                              didn't hold well. There was also no trucks nor deliveries other than UPS occasionally thatgot on it. We only have 2 SUVs,                            1 in the garage, the other outside. Obviously, non quality (either by their materials or shoddy work)!                       I was told that sealing it is the next step to solve the non- existent problem! I was told that I could now be scheduled for a                       sealing. REFUSED to even hear that I'm not asking for a sealing but for someone to fix the problem first. I'm not comfortable                       in just sealing the pock marks that are getting bigger every minute & the cracking, weeds growing on driveway, & gravel   .    coming off, especially if something could be done first!                                           Business owner was not even aware nor told by Michelina of what she promised. Sufficed it to say, she denied the offer saying .                     that it                       was only good if they got the private road contract. Oh well, more lies! I just ended the phone call by telling them that I                       wasn't interested in having their business anymore. And reiterated that "CORRECTION" from them was what I was seeking for                      from the very beginning. The owner doesn't see a problem & wanted me to buy another service from them. Kindly told him                      that I'd rather not deal with any sealing from their company.2. BLAME- GAME:                   -   Owner blaming the grass that wasn't mowed for that Holy Week, as the reason why there was weeds growing on the driveway,                        (not just on the underside but also in the middle of driveway) - stupified by this! 3. MIS- INTERPRETATION:                 -  I've repeating over and over, from the initial calls to the office to the time the owner finally called that CORRECTION on the                     problem I see was what I wanted! For someone to look at the driveway & correct it, especially when it is still under warranty!                    *As I see it, the company refuse to see what it really is.                   - I have had other paving companies looked at it, 1 suggested a slurry seal since it has sand to possibly cover the pockmarks &                       indentations that are getting bigger but also cautioned that it'd be coarse- looking because of the bigger gravel with it. That was                    it.                    * Business- owner belittles other companies, yet one who couldn't see the problem with his own work. Also, belittles                       homeowners perception of their work.               I, as a previous customer, would like nothing from this company anymore. But would want Revdex.com to possibly close the matter now in order for my complaint to be published. It'd be a good service to warn others who maybe contemplating of getting this company to save their money, patience & sanity from dealing with such a company. Had I seen the list of complaints they had prior to taking them, this never would have happened. Please add my complaint to your ever so growing list now about this company. And shame on them!Respectfully yours,[redacted]

The repairs were made on Friday, June 19th. Our crew repaired the indentation and heated up the tire where our skid loader turned into the new asphalt while doing clean up. The areas that held water was on edge of new add on, we heated up and lowered the edge to let water...
