A-Plus Pest Control Inc.

I paid for a product through a prepaid card and emailed them to see when I was to expect it delivered and have had no response yet. I have sent a message through their own online form and still no response. I have told them if they don't reply shortly I will take legal action. As bed bugs are not a joke and my money doesn't grow on trees. I am in Canada but I do have US relatives who will assist in getting my money back if they don't respond. I don't care how busy they are it is bad customer service to leave someone in a bad situation with an email that doesn't work. I am not incurring myself a large telephone bill because I pay for a call even if it is toll free. I am a disabled person and haven't slept well in 3 weeks being bitten nearly 30 times what they are doing is cruel.
