I paid for a product through a prepaid card and emailed them to see when I was to expect it delivered and have had no response yetI have sent a message through their own online form and still no responseI have told them if they don't reply shortly I will take legal actionAs bed bugs are not a joke and my money doesn't grow on treesI am in Canada but I do have US relatives who will assist in getting my money back if they don't respondI don't care how busy they are it is bad customer service to leave someone in a bad situation with an email that doesn't workI am not incurring myself a large telephone bill because I pay for a call even if it is toll freeI am a disabled person and haven't slept well in weeks being bitten nearly times what they are doing is cruel
