Review: I have been a tenant at [redacted]s located in Baton Rouge, La for over 4 years and for the most I have been pretty satisfied with the complex until recently where I have been having issues with the new apartment manager and her level of unprofessionalism. I am a very good tenant and have a pretty good pay history, I never had any complaints filed from any of my neighbors. I am writing this complaint because I received an eviction notice on my door along with my money order that I had made out for my rent I called the apartment manager to find out what was going on who was very rude she said that I was late my money order was dated for 3/4/16 but I was unable to drop it in the office until 3/7/16 because I was in the hospital after explaining this to her she was still unwilling to accept my rent I am very frustrated with this situation because I am not a trouble tenant not only that but it specifically states in my lease that rent is due on the 1st on the 3rd a $50 late fee would be applied and it would be $10 a day after that until rent is paid in full my late fees was included with my money order that I dropped of on 3/7/16 so Im not understanding why I received an eviction notice!! Not only that there is no contact info for upper management so that they can be aware on how their loyal tenants are being treated other than in writing which could take days for a response.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by upper management along with eviction throwd out.
