A Plus Quality Spa Service Reviews (1)
Mr. [redacted] of WS Spa Services, also called A+ Quality Spa quoted us for a refurbished hot tub, from a listing on Craigslist. The quote also included a new cover, delivery, and installation services (pad, electrical, etc.) Mr. [redacted] asked for a deposit of $1000, which was about half of the total cost of the full quote. This transaction occurred on 9-17-12. Mr. [redacted] was going to begin work on Wednesday the 19th. Mr. [redacted] did not show up Wednesday to start work. My wife inquired on his whereabouts, and promised to come out on Thursday the 20th. Mr. [redacted] stopped returning calls from that point on. I was able to contact him by calling him from a different phone enquiringly about another one of his spas. This was Friday the 21st. Mr. [redacted] promised to show up that afternoon. I was able to get a hold of Mr. [redacted] one last time on the evening of the 21st, when he still assured me he would be out to start work. On the invoice the spa was supposed to be installed by Saturday the 22nd. Both my wife and I have not heard from him since I called him on Friday evening. Mr. [redacted] still has many spas and services for sale on Craigslist, as a search on his phone number of [redacted] will return. The address on his invoice was for a mailbox at the UPS store. His address registered with the Secretary of State for A+ Quality Spas is for a different UPS Store. This appears to be a scam that he uses.
