[redacted] of Mr. Driveline was hired to provide steel beams and stairs for an addition to [redacted] in Rexburg. The work was completely inadequate. Materials and structure do not match architectural drawings. Problems with stairs as follows: pictures unfortunately not able to copy to this page. can be furnished on request.# 1 - Hand rail not finished # 2 - Post of guard rail sitting on the edge of steel welded one side.# 3 - Post of guard rail sitting on the edge of steel welded one side.# 4 - No concrete under embed at guard rail post.# 5 - HSS 6"x4" with the L 4"x4" welded on top & the stringer welded on (1) side.# 6 - No sanding of hand rails before powder coating.# 7 - No connection at stair to concrete.# 8 - No weld at stringer.# 9 - No weld at stringer.# 10 - No sanding of welds# 11 - Hand rail does not extend past bottom of tread 11" (Per Code)# 12 - Hand rail does not extend past Top of tread 12" flat (Per Code)# 13 - Hand rail does not extend past bottom of tread 11" (Per Code)# 14- Hand rail does not extend past bottom of tread 11" (Per Code)# 15 - Windows should be tempered.
