They sold me a “new” tire that blew out 1 month later. I had the tire inspected by a local tire dealer and they found that the tire had been patched on the inside side wall of the tire. I contacted A Plus Tires about the issue and requested a refund of the tire. The manager of A Plus Tires started “he would call me back after he found out more information”. When he did not call me back after 24 hours I tried calling him back with no answer multiple times. They now refuse to answer my calls or return my messages.
I do remember the gentleman calling about this. As I mentioned to the customer, I am the owner of A Plus Tires. I informed the customer that the service that was provided to him was not out of A Plus Tires (Loving NM). The service that the customer is referring to was done at *** which is in Orla, Tx. I mentioned to the customer that I would forward his complaint to the tire shop that he had service done at and he would have to rectify it there with them. Had I myself serviced his tire I (A Plus Tire) would have personally handled his complaint or my error. Being that it wasn't my shop all I could do Is forward his complaint to the shop that he went to and that's what I did.
As the business manager stated, I did receive my tire service in Orla, TX. The original person I talked to on the phone about getting the work done stated that he was at his other shop in Loving, NM and had a tire there that would fit my vehicle, he then stated that he would bring the tire to his Orla shop to put it on my vehicle. I agreed and asked him what the price was for the tire, he stated that his son was the manager and would have to be the one to get me the price and would call me back when he came in. About an hour later the manager called me back to give me the price and take my payment (which was by credit card over the phone as seen on receipt). After payment I was sent a text message receipt ( which was attached in my last message to the Revdex.com). After the tire blew out on me driving down the road, the phone number and information I used to contact the seller of my tire was the information on the receipt sent to me by the person who took my money. So the manager of A Plus Tires is correct in saying that the work was done in Texas, but as the receipt shows he is the one who sold me a defective tire.
I am very sorry for the frustration the customer has and had, however the Tire that was sold to him was a new tire with no patches or plugs and again brand new when it left my shop (A Plus Tires). Once it left my shop I can't say what was done with it, what it was used on, or who it was given to only because I wasn't present. *** and A Plus Tires are two separate shops with different owners. *** has no Electricity means to process CC Payments (They are still waiting for the meter bases and other blueprints to break ground to install poles etc.). A Plus Tires was trying to help out a new company that is why the billing came from us. I have done all I can on my part and I did again notify the owner of where the tire was taken to and put on.

I can understand wanting to help a fellow small business, but if this is the case, I the consumer should have been made aware of it by both companies and I was not.
