though the transmission was slipping badlyThe transmission pan gasket was in poor shape and leaking so we put on a new one at no charge to help her out as much as possibleShe took her vehicle home after having the free service performedThe next day we got a call that the transmission had no fluid in it when she checked the stickTo make sure we had not filled it with the improper amount of fluid we towed it back to the shop at no charge.When we checked the transmission fluid stick it was at the correct level, but the engine oil level did not even register on the dip stick because of multiple engine oil leaksWe showed her the proper procedure for checking the transmission and engine oil levelsShe left again in her vehicle even after us warning her not to drive the vehicle in its current state.The transmission is slipping and the vehicle is not designed to operate that way, it puts extra strain on the engine and will turn on the check engine light as well as the computer sensing the problems with the transmission not operating correctlyA Plus Transmission will be happy to recheck the vehicle at no charge as done previously, but unfortunately until the transmission is repaired to factory operating specifications she will probably continue to have problems.Thank You,David D***General ManagerA Plus Transmission-Magnolia

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
So I'm supposed to bring my car in so they can mess it up even more. Well I am going to take it to my master mechanic who just put new hoses on not to long before you guys messed it up and have it checked out first then I will call and make an appointment for the shop to look at it. I'm not satisfied because I still can not drive my car.

Revdex.com ID# [redacted]Yes a sucking noise would usually indicate that there is a vacuum leak or a loose intake hose. We, as always will be happy to check it for free. We are sorry that we made you angry by replacing your pan gasket and consequently repairing the transmission leak at no charge. It is company policy that if the pan gasket will leak after removing the transmission pan to perform the free 22 point check it gets replaced at no charge. We don't know what was on your garage floor because we were not there. All we have to go off is what you told us and that when it was towed in the transmission was full and the engine oil was not registering on the stick. There is many other fluids that could have leaked out. We did not see any others that were obviously as low as the engine oil. We let it sit over night on a lift and checked the floor in the morning. The only fluid under the car was engine oil and it left a spot about the diameter of a golf ball. If the check light came on we will be happy to check it at no charge.
