I am rejecting this response because: It didn't cover everything. There is an amendment needed.Yes, I picked up the truck 0n 4/and paid the bill. However, on the way home, the transmission began slipping in-and-out of gear, slipping completely out of gear at stop signs and traffic lights and making noises. The next morning, 4/17, I called A+ to have it towed back in.It was taken for a test drive on 4/and I received a call at 2:30pm telling me that they did not experience what I said. At 4:I received another call telling me the technician had driven it and did indeed experience exactly what I had told them it was doing. I received another call from A+ at 8:00pm on 4/telling me the truck may be ready the following day, assuming they find no leaks after it sits overnight. They delivered the truck at 9:a.mon 4/22.So far, since then, I have not experienced any problems and talked to the A+ owner yesterday, 5/20. I will take the truck to them next week for the check-up. So far, it is working as expected

publicly.Thanks,[redacted]Owner

I am the leinholder for a 2000 GMC JIMMY that was brought to Aplus transsmissions on June 1,2013, by my customer [redacted]. Mr [redacted] was having problems with the transmission and asked Aplus to take a look at it. No work order was signed at the time for any work. I received a call from Mr [redacted] 2 days later complaing that Aplus had dismnatled the transmission and told him it needed to be rebuilt which would $2700.00. Aplus told Mr [redacted] that it would be $500.00 for the work they had already done if he chose not to rebuild it with them. On June 11th I received a call from Mr [redacted] stating that Aplus had done the work without his apploval and now were asking for the full amount $2700.00 from him. We asked Mr [redacted] if he had signed a work order and he said no, he also said he could not pay for the work. As the Leinholder I felt I needed to protect my interests so I was forced to get involved and called Aplus to ask for a signed work order. A signed work order is required by law before work can be done on any vehicle in order to protect consumers from this type of occurance. Without a signed work order, Aplus does not have the right to keep the vehicle from the customer or the leinholder. After my request for the signed work order, Aplus called Mr [redacted], and told Mr [redacted] that I had asked for him to sign the work order that had not been signed previously. They then faxed the work order to Mr [redacted] who believing the false story told by Aplus, signed it and faxed it back to them. This was done on June 11,2013. We have a copy of the fax to Mr [redacted] of the unsigned work order and with the date and time stamp from that day.
