Customer was given the opportunity to wait. While the customer was out driving/filling up his car other customers had showed up. A Plus Truck and Trailer Repair has only one Bay area, while one Bay area is for tires only. Customer was asked to wait 30/45 minutes while the other customers van was...

being looked at and when that Bay area came open A Plus Truck and Trailer Repair will place the customers car in the available Bay area, customer refused to wait, he wanted services right there and then. A Plus offered to pay another day of rental service for customer if the repairs where not able to be made on sight. Customer began to raise his voice while other paying customers where there so therefore customer was asked to leave.[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]A Plus Truck and Trailer Repair

I am rejecting this response because:1. I have taken the vehicle to two shops to determine/confirm whether the work done by A-Plus was, in fact, what I'd paid for. Both shops confirm that the fuel lines were not replaced in their entirity (as was claimed and as I'd been charged for). Rather, the "repairs" done by A-Plus were limited to cutting out the existing fuel line sections and installing short lengths of fuel line using hose clamps. 2. The shop owner ("Art") claims that I raised my voice during our conversation. I did not raise my voice, and politely noted that I was not angry with him, but rather, was only responding to his offer to resolve issues, if there were any, after picking up my vehicle. I was not told to leave. Rather, I asked whether the owner would consider some compensation or otherwise address the obvious shortcomings of the work he'd done. 3. The owner ("Art") made no offer to pay for a rental car had I agreed to leave my vehicle for additional remedial work. He in fact did ask whether I'd leave the car again, but given the unacceptable quality of the service already received, I was hesitant to continue to put myself in jeopardy by leacing the vehicle in his care again. I told the owner that I would seek satisfaction by having the vheicle serviced by a trusted shop, and by filing a compalint against him for his dishonesty. I left the premises voluntarily.4. I am collecting documentation to validate my findings regarding the unacceptable work performed by A-Plus, the fact that new fuel lines were not provided or properly installed in my Vehicle, and the fact that fuel continued to leak after the vehicle was released to me. Assuming my complaint through the Revdex.com does not provide satisfaction, I plan to pursue satisfaction in small claims court. But I would rather that the business owner resolve this issue by refunding my $1460, and thereby avoid having to spend additional time, money, and effort by disputing my clsim in court.
