A Plus Vac and Sew

I ordered a roller brush from this place received one but was wrong one returned it and ask for a refund and to this date have made phone call and there will not answer goes to there mail box which say it is full. I have send emails and no response to them either sent registerd letter with return reguest asking for refund back to my card. The date first orderd part was 10/312013. I have sent faxes to and no responce on these either.
