I used A Plus Water Heaters to replace a leaking tank in my homeTerry was fantasticI spoke with him a few times on the phone as I was researching the company to use, and booking (then rescheduling) an appointmentHe seemed to be very honest with me about my choices and never made me feel like I was bothering himWhen he came to do the work he was very conscientious about not making a mess in my home and even did a minor unrelated fix on the wall while the hot water heater was out of the wayHe seemed very happy to explain what he was doing and how to get the best use of the new tankI would definitely recommend him to others, and I would call again if/when I need another hot water heater (just hope it's not too soon!)
Great company to deal withI am a single parent of kidsWhen I noticed my tank was leaking on a Sunday night, I immediately called a family friend who had experience and he walked me through emptying my tank and suggested I call the manufacturer in the morning to see if I still had warrantyThank goodness for me I still had warranty but was told from the manufacturer would have to pay for the installI then started to look for someone to do the install I called the company that was suggested in the book when the house was build years agoI was not happy with their quote as they were going to charge me extra for picking up a replacement hot water tank as they did not carry the brand I needed which had to be the same for warranty purposeI called a few places and thought I would verify the Revdex.com websiteAm I glad I did
I realized a few listed companies, I had already called
I then called and had the pleasure of speaking with Terry at A PLUSTerry quoted me less for the whole install and removal and also took care of ALL NEW WARRANTY paperwork and submitted it to the manufacturerTerry installed the tank himself and was wonderful to deal withHe answered my questions and walked me through maintaining the tank and how to drain it in the futureTerry had a special bag to hold the old tank when removing it from the house I had nothing to clean up after Terry left as everything was clean
Great install and removal
Many family members and friends knew my tank went and everyone asked me who I used for the service

I recently had a water heater installed by A plus water heaters and I have to say that I was extremely happy with both the time it took as well as how neat everything was left after the install was done When I was searching for a company to replace my water heater I had a few companies that couldn't do it til the next day and I really needed it done ASAP When I called A Plus they told me it could be done that same day The installer was very friendly and courteous I would definitely recommend this company Good job!
