On 2/17/2018 I contracted with *** of A-Plus Wildlife Control for mole treatments of "...every 7-10 days for 4 weeks" and paid a fee of $450.00. Mr. quickly subcontracted my job and I can document only two treatments since and there were no consecutive treatments of any kind. I contacted Mr. on several occasions and his excuse was that it was raining somewhere. Not always at my property but apparently somewhere in Georgia. He continually promised to make up treatments but there was never any evidence of it and I haven't heard from him since.
I have made other arrangements for my mole problems and request the return of my $450 fee for breach of contract.

On February 16, 2018 A Plus Wildlife Control entered into a NO GUARANTEE, four week mole treatment program with ***. This service consisted of treatments to his turf over a four week period to provide temporary mole relief. Our treatments and services for moles are weather pending and are in no way guaranteed. Mr. was aware that there are no guarantees provided and we have a signed service agreement between our company and him. We completed treatments as follows:

After our treatment period is complete we rely on the client to call us if the moles return. When we don't hear from a client we assume the job is complete. However, given this work is not guaranteed, any new visits are billed out at the same rate and a new agreement must be signed. Mr. emailed us on May 24, 2018, nearly sixty days after the agreement expired, complaining of moles and asking for a refund. We told him, again, that the service was not guaranteed and we would not be able to issue him a refund. As a courtesy we gave a complimentary treatment June 12, 2018. The treatment for moles is an exterior subterranean process. Any rain or wet turf makes our job impossible to complete and we must roll the services to another day if the environment isn't cooperating. Due to this and other factors we do not guarantee, in any way, any mole treatment or exterior only treatment that our company provides. Our signed service agreement, between Mr. and A-Plus Wildlife Control, states that this service has no guarantees.

The number of treatments listed in response were simply not done. I can confirm only two treatments done so far apart as to be totally ineffective. A Plus Wildlife subcontracted the work and didn't follow up to insure the treatments were completed as contracted.
The work was never subcontracted out. Our employees do the service calls. This was an exterior only service. The clients do not need to be home for treatments. These visits are not scheduled or confirmed on a specific date or time. Just completed within the period stated on the agreement. Weather pending. This service in not guaranteed in any way and we have a signed agreement between us stating our terms.
