My roof was completely replaced 1/18/2013. While my neighbor was having their roof fixed they notified me that a shingle was missing on my brand new roof. I have contacted APLUS 4 times with no resolution. They don't even have the respect to call back. Winter is coming and I have no idea if there are more shingles that are loose and I need this issue checked and corrected.
