Review: Over a year and a half ago, I unfortunately went to this business to get my brand new car's windows tinted. I wish I would have known how incapable and itic the workers are here. They damaged ALL my windows with the knives they cut the film with, in addition to making cuts on the plastic part of my stereo system. They acknowledged that they caused all the damages. However, they REFUSED to pay for any of the damages and disconnected their phone lines to avoid every possible way of reimbursing for their damages. It cost over $3,000 to repair all the damages they caused on my brand new car as I needed to get all brand new windows. These people are amateurs, and they should not be in business as they obviously do not know how to tint windows.Desired Settlement: I would like them to reimburse me for all the costs to redo my windows. I had to turn to my insurance company for assistance in replacing all of them.
