On Sunday *** roughly right before 5PM I witnessed a white truck with a 6 foot blow attached to the front end drive up onto the north-east corner of *** street. The truck driver then lowered his 6 foot plow onto the 3 foot sidewalk and plowed the sidewalk for nearly a half mile while going 35/40 MPH. I saw lots of dirt/grass being torn up from the plow which cause lots of unnecessary damage and completely ruined the grass area between the main street and the sidewalk. The driver of the vehicle then hit something hard on the sidewalk and proceeded to go back onto the main street and drive away. I pulled up to the right of this vehicle which had the company label "A-Plush Lawns" with phone number *** on there.

Repair This company needs to completely fix the damaged grass which is roughly a half mile long. They also do lawn care services so this shouldn't be any issue. If the company refuses to fix this damage I will be contacting the city and filing a report.
As stated we do maintain the grounds during the summer months. Due to cold weather at this time we can not fix any damage (if any) done to the grass areas until the spring months. Again we have been doing this property for many years the same way with no issues. *** knows that we do use a truck to clear sidewalks due the the fact of damaging other equipment. The equipment gets damaged due to all the snow, ice, etc that gets plowed onto the sidewalk. Any damage will be repaired when the weather gets warm enough to do such work.
