Hello [redacted],I apologize for the delay I have been out of the office ill and just returned.  Regarding the individual below.  We can NEVER accept more than one person per household for any of our research studies as it is against market research rules and regulations.  That is told to...

the individuals when they agree to participate.  We conduct searches on our list of participants and when two family members from one household appear, which happens on occasion, we call and again remind them only one per household is allowed and ask which one would like to participate.  This gentlemen refused to accept our rules and regulations and demanded he be allowed to participate along with his wife.  We explained this to him several times but he continued to call our business line numerous times threatening our staff members.  We asked him to stop as it was becoming harassment and we would have to notify the authorities. As stated in the beginning he said his wife was told only one person per household so I don’t understand why he is not understanding the policy. Thank you,[redacted]   [redacted]President

Dear [redacted],
12.8000001907349px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">[redacted] is not an employee or affiliated with A Point of View Research so please remove that name from your records.

In regards to the complaint filed by the [redacted] resident I would like to provide the details.  We conduct automotive research all over the US and this particular project was done in [redacted] in September of 2014.  We had over 600 people come through and complete the research study.  They were all compensated checks made to “Cash” for $150.   Three weeks after the study ended we reconciled the outstanding checks and realized a block in sequential order was missing and not accounted for.  They had not yet been cashed so our bank suggested we issue “stop payments” on those particular checks which we did.  In January of this year (5 months later) this woman contacted us regarding this check.  It was one of the missing checks and we are wondering if it was originally issued to her,  why it took her so long to deposit a check that would have been issued  in September.   We have no record of her participation and do not know how she obtained this check.

We conduct research in many areas and compensate hundreds of respondents each month and no one has ever had a problem with their incentive check.   We never received a returned check from her nor can we verify someone who calls our office many months later indicating she was never paid.

Thank you,
[redacted]

Review: My wife was called to, and she accepted, do a survey study on the [redacted]. At that time, my wife was told that only one member from a family could do that survey. However, three days ago, a man called from the same company, A Point of View Research, and told her that I could also do the same survey. I booked 9am on Friday April 24th, and in doing so, changed my schedule to accomodate this survey. Yesterday. some called and said "I was suspended" fro the Friday survey. I called today and was given all sorst of excuses about the test vehicles being out of service and the n when I persisted and ask to speak to the owner, who did not give me her name, she insisted that we were told from the beginning that only one family member could do a survey. When I said that is NOT what your representative said to me when he booked me. The OWNER, if she was in fact that, was rude and threatened to call the POLICE if I called back. When I tried to explain how I changed my schedule to accomodate them hung up on me. This wrong and very poor business parctices when it was their representative, that assured me I could do this with out a problem.Desired Settlement: The promissed $150.00n to complete thgis survey which I was prepared to do. Since I changed my schedule, mand then they lied about the rules to do this along with my wife's partcipation, they owe me the payment promissed. The fact that the owner was not rational about what her employee told me , and threatened to call the POLICE is not acceptable.

Yvonne Bellovich Guinn is the owner. She takes no accountability for her employees. Her research firm keeps calling my house number, sometimes late at night when my kids are asleep. I've asked them to stop calling and some of her employees say "No we don't have to stop calling you". I then proceeded to call them to keep requesting they stop calling me.. . Yvonne then started to say she's well connected with the Police and I'll be sorry. Then she has her brother an officer answer the phone and posture. Unreal! She should be exposed and shut down. I've recorded every call I've received and placed to her business. I have filed them on an official complaint with the FCC and I'll be exploring with a lawyer going after her for violation of FCC protection acts.

Review: I participated in a market research study conducted by A Point Of View Research in September 2014. In return for my participation I was promised a payment of $150.00. At the conclusion of the study I was given a check issued to "CASH" in the amount of $150.00. After I deposited the check my bank returned it with a notation of "Return Reason-C Stop Payment". I contacted A Point of View Research at the phone number that is published on their website to inquire about a replacement check. I was told that checks from the study site had been stolen and therefore the company had put a stop payment on the checks. I gave all of the necessary details to receive a replacement check to the woman who was taking calls, [redacted]. After several calls and several weeks time I still had not received a replacement check. I then emailed the company via their "contact us" link published on their website. [redacted] responded stating that a stop had been placed on a series of checks and that a replacement would be sent when they saw my cancelled check. I provided a pdf copy of the check along with my mailing address via email per [redacted] request. After two weeks I still had not received a replacement check. I again contacted [redacted] via email with no response. After waiting another 10 days I called [redacted] at the phone number listed on her email. She told me she had to cancel checks and that I'd have to call her at her office and that she had not been in her office and hung up on me. In summary, despite many emails and phone calls and promises of payment, I have not been paid for the services performed in September 2014.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that [redacted], President of A Point of View Research, immediately issue payment of $162.00 to replace the original check and the returned check fee that I was charged by my bank.
