Hello [redacted] ,I apologize for the delay I have been out of the office ill and just returned Regarding the individual below We can NEVER accept more than one person per household for any of our research studies as it is against market research rules and regulations That is told to the individuals when they agree to participate We conduct searches on our list of participants and when two family members from one household appear, which happens on occasion, we call and again remind them only one per household is allowed and ask which one would like to participate This gentlemen refused to accept our rules and regulations and demanded he be allowed to participate along with his wife We explained this to him several times but he continued to call our business line numerous times threatening our staff members We asked him to stop as it was becoming harassment and we would have to notify the authoritiesAs stated in the beginning he said his wife was told only one person per household so I don’t understand why he is not understanding the policyThank you, [redacted] [redacted] ***President

In regards to the complaint filed by the [redacted] resident I would like to provide the details. We conduct automotive research all over the US and this particular project was done in [redacted] in September of 2014. We had over 600 people come through and complete the research study. They were all compensated checks made to “Cash” for $150. Three weeks after the study ended we reconciled the outstanding checks and realized a block in sequential order was missing and not accounted for. They had not yet been cashed so our bank suggested we issue “stop payments” on those particular checks which we did. In January of this year (5 months later) this woman contacted us regarding this check. It was one of the missing checks and we are wondering if it was originally issued to her, why it took her so long to deposit a check that would have been issued in September. We have no record of her participation and do not know how she obtained this check. We conduct research in many areas and compensate hundreds of respondents each month and no one has ever had a problem with their incentive check. We never received a returned check from her nor can we verify someone who calls our office many months later indicating she was never paid. I recently worked with a point of view on an assignment as a temp for a market research automotive deal. This was by far the most unorganized, slave driven, unappreciating company I have ever worked for. The 4 ladies known as the "vets" were treated like royalty and the temps like back seat trash. Everyone was on a time schedule to get the respondents through the surveys as quickly as possible and I was told to slow down or not to mention that it's taking me 8 minutes a car while the VETS take 30 minutes per car,

We went 4-5 hours WITHOUT breaks or being relieved for s breather, keep in mind it's 100 plus degrees outside . These test driving surveys were taking outside. The other VETS were treated very well and much better than the temps. The employees are horrible. And not friendly
