We hired [redacted] to repair the pool liner he put inlast year. It slipped and tore, we gave him $70cash to fix it, he never showed up. Took our money. On 6/13/2012 we hire [redacted] to put a new pool liner in our pool. We told him we wanted a28Mil liner, he said it was, well he put in a28g liner instead, which is cheap and won't last.We paid $2868.75 for it. This year, it slippedinto the pool over the winter and the cover slipped in with a large cement brick that holds the winter cover on. The cement brick tore the liner because the liner was so cheap. We had thebricks fall in before over the 21 years we had theolder liner and it never tore. So, we called [redacted] on 4/26/2014 to repair the liner and pull the liner up that had slipped on the sides. He chargedus $70.00 for the patch, he said he needed to getand he would be out that week to repair the pool.We called him, the phone was disconnected and wehave no way of getting in touch of him. He has yetto show up to do the repair. He wanted $140 and wetold him no, we would pay him the rest after thejob was done. We overpaid for the liner, if youlook on the two statements you can clearly see hedid not put the 28mil liner in we originally askedfor and put the cheaper 28g liner in, that's whythe rips. We want the job done and a new linerthat we paid for 28mil 20year liner. HE CIRCLEDNO for a replacement liner also on the contract. He told us we would have a 20 year warranty on it.Then on the next contract he put 15 year warrantyon the liner.Desired SettlementWe want either a full refund for the cost of the liner that we ordered 28mil and only got the 28gliner and the $70.00 cash we just paid him orhim to replace the liner with a new 28mil liner.

Have not received a refund from a Mr. [redacted] of A+ pools and liners. In April of 2014 I hired Mr. [redacted] and A+ Pool liners to repair my pool. At that time he came to my house stating that he needed a deposit of $100.00. Because he was attending a pool confernece and I told him to buy me a ladder. I immediately went to the bank to get the money. The next day he came back to the house stating that he needed an additional 85.00 for the ladder. I again went to the bank. At that time I gave him another 100.00 and told him to put the additional money towards the repair. He agreed. He did provide a receipt which I have. After that I did not hear from Mr. [redacted] for a few weeks. I tried to call and found his number disconnected. A few days later a friend of his contacted me stating that Mr. [redacted] had a personal matter and would not be back until the end of June. He also stated that if I wanted a refund or would like my pool fixed. I decided that I wanted a refund. At that time this man said that he was trying to get the refund together. This was in May. I then kept calling this man and never got an answer back. I then received a letter from another friend of Mr. [redacted]'s a [redacted]. The letter stated that Mr. [redacted] has good intention of paying back my money within 45 days. That letter was dated May 19. It is now July 30th. I have had several text messages from Mr. [redacted] stating that he is trying etc. The does not change the fact that I am still out $200.00. I have even offered to take the refund in pool products such as shock etc. but got no response. This past week after several attenpts to reach Mr. [redacted] he does not answer me.Desired SettlementI am seeking my $200.00 back or equivant pool chemicals or supplies.
