A Portrait of You Photography

This company, specifically Natasha Meduri, photographed my wedding in May 2011. Natasha was paid in full for her services on this date. Since that time, numerous excuses and delays on Natasha's part delayed my receiving of the DVD of the pictures of my wedding. To date, I have not received 4 wedding albums that I ordered. These albums are worth $800. This amount in album credit was included as a part of my contract and used to purchase these albums. Natasha's communication regarding these albums has been deplorable. I have sent countless emails and have made countless phone calls to get updates and information from her regarding these albums. She continues to disregard and ignore every means of communication. I live in a different state than where Natasha is located, which makes it difficult to resolve this issue in person. The last response (email) I received from Natasha was in September 2012. I have continued to try to contact her via email, phone, text message, Facebook message and sending messages through her website. I have received NO response from her. It is clear that she does not intend to send these albums to me, therefore, I want a refund of $800 that I paid to her as a part of my contract in May 2011.
